Providing automotive repair solutions to the Tweed Valley for over 40 years, Murwillumbah Smash Repairs is family owned and operated by father and son team, Des and Mike Knight.

Des opened the business back in 1984, relocating to the current premises around 2015. Well known in the local community for his delicious damper at the local show, Des has proudly gathered and shared his vehicle repair expertise in Murwillumbah for more than 4 decades.

In 2022, Michael partnered with his dad, ushering in a new era. Mike's long history as an insurance assessor coupled with his industry qualifications, have enabled Murwillumbah Smash Repairs to offer clients additional and modernised repair options, with increased efficiency.

Des and Mike lead a small and adept team, all of whom carry multiple qualifications and specialist experience in a range of automotive industry sectors. From the office, to the workshop floor, to the paint booth, the team at Murwillumbah Smash Repairs are skilled and dedicated to delivering a quality experience at every stage of the vehicle repair process.
